Since 2018, we've been building homes, commercial spaces and public buildings. Over the years, our work has grown through the trust of the people and organizations we've built for. We focus on getting the details right, using materials carefully, and delivering work that is built to last, not just look good on the day it is finished.
When we started Sarathi Construction in 2018, the goal was simple: build things properly and stand behind the work after it is completed. Over the years, we have worked with homeowners, businesses and organizations, each with different needs, expectations and ways of working. That experience has taught us to listen first, understand what the client actually needs, and then find a practical way to deliver it.
With 15+ projects completed, we have grown through the experience of working on real sites and with real people. Every project has its own challenges, and we have learned that good construction is not only about workmanship. It also depends on planning, coordination, clear communication and being willing to deal with problems when they come up.
We keep our clients involved throughout the process, from the early planning stages to the final handover. If something changes along the way, we believe it is better to explain it clearly and work through it together. For us, a project is not just about completing a building. It is about making sure the people who trusted us with it feel informed, respected and confident in the work we deliver.
You deal with the people running the project, not a rotating cast of site supervisors.
No subcontracting the work out to a team you've never met. The same crew stays with your project.
We've delivered work for commerical and private spaces, alongside government projects.
We tell you what a delay will actually cost in time, rather than promising a date we know we'll miss.
Some clients come to us with drawings already done and just need someone to build it right. Others start with an empty plot and a rough idea. Either way works — here's where we fit in.
Someone from our team is on your site daily — not just for pours or handovers. We schedule the masons, plumbers and electricians so they aren't tripping over each other, catch rebar and finishing issues before they're plastered over, and give you a straight answer when a deadline is slipping.
Before we quote anything, we walk the plot with you, check soil and access conditions, and work out a realistic budget and timeline — the kind that accounts for monsoon delays and municipality approval waits, not the kind that looks good on paper and falls apart in month two.
We work with architects on layout and elevation, but we're also the ones who'll tell you if a design detail is going to be a headache to build or push your budget up — before it's poured in concrete instead of drawn on paper.
Whether you're building a home, extending an existing space, or planning a commercial project, get in touch with us. We'll take the time to understand what you have in mind and, if needed, arrange a site visit. The first conversation is free, with no obligation to proceed.
Leave your details and we'll get back to you.
